- Paradise Hot Brown - hot open-faced sandwich w/ home roasted turkey breast baked on sourdough bread, with Mornay sauce, bacon, tomato, Monterey Jack and cheddar cheeses...broiled w/ a flame torch (or maybe a broiler); "I've certainly not had a sandwich to beat that hot brown anywhere...not even in New York"-Alton Brown; looks good
